These terms govern your use of the Ace AI Android application. By using Ace AI you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Ace AI is a study assistant that helps you create and review flashcards, quizzes, notes, study plans, and practice exams, including features powered by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete — always verify important information against a reliable source. Ace AI is a study aid, not a substitute for professional, academic, or examination authority.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you create or submit. Do not use the app to upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse the service or its usage limits.
You retain ownership of the study content you create. The app itself, its design, and its software are owned by Ace AI and provided to you under a limited, non-transferable licence to use the app as intended.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ace AI is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or academic outcomes arising from use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
We may update these terms or the app, and may suspend or discontinue features. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
