Last updated: 3 July 2026

Ace AI ("Ace AI", "we", "us") is a study assistant application for Android. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. By using Ace AI you agree to this policy.

Who this app is for

Ace AI is intended for users aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Information we collect

How we use information

Service providers and third parties

We share information only with providers that operate the app on our behalf:

We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising and your consent

Free users see rewarded ads from Google AdMob. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we present a consent choice (using Google's User Messaging Platform) the first time it is required. If you consent, you may see personalized ads; if you decline, you will see non-personalized ads. You can reset or change this choice at any time from the app's settings. You can also opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings under Google → Ads.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account and synced content for as long as your account exists. You can delete individual items in the app at any time. To delete your account and all study content associated with it, email us at the address below with the request — we will delete your account data within a reasonable time. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data from your device.

Security

Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Your synced content is stored in your private, access-controlled area of Firestore, restricted by security rules so that only your authenticated account can read or write it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

International transfers

Our providers (Google) process and store data on servers that may be located in the United States and other countries. By using the app you understand your information may be processed in these locations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete individual study items (notes, decks, quizzes) directly in the app at any time; for account-level access, correction, or deletion requests, contact us at the address below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notified in the app.
