Ace AI — Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Ace AI account and the data associated with it. Ace AI is developed and published by the Ace AI developer account on Google Play.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to anotherspeeed@gmail.com from the same email address you used to sign in to Ace AI (or, if you signed in with Google, from that Google account's email address).
2. Use the subject line "Delete my Ace AI account".
3. We will verify the request and delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
4. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

If you signed in as a guest (anonymous account) and did not link an email, uninstalling the app removes the account from your device; no separately identifiable data remains on our servers tied to that guest account beyond an anonymous identifier, which you may still request we delete using the guest/anonymous ID shown in the app's Profile screen.

What gets deleted

• Your account record (Firebase Authentication: email, Google account identifier, or anonymous ID).
• All synced study content: flashcard decks, notes, quizzes, study plans, mock exam papers, calendar events, and study statistics (streaks, review history, achievements).
• Your AI usage/quota records.
• Your cached Ace Pro entitlement status.

What is kept, and for how long

• Subscription/purchase records. If you subscribed to Ace Pro, Google Play Billing retains transaction records independently of us, under Google's own retention policy — we do not control or store your payment details ourselves.
• Legal/fraud-prevention minimum. We may retain a minimal record that a deletion request was made and fulfilled (e.g. the request email and its date), for as long as reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance, but not your study content or profile data.
• Nothing else is retained after the 30-day deletion window above.
